Welcome to Mercy's patient greeting service. This is a complimentary service provided to you and the patients of Mercy Iowa City. To have a greeting delivered to a patient, fill out the form below and choose "send message". Your message will be placed on the letterhead of your choice and will be delivered to the patient's room by a volunteer within a day of its receipt, except on weekends and holidays, when it will be held until the next working day.

Please note:

• Our patients do not have access to e-mail. Instead, our staff prints your greeting and a paper copy is delivered to the patient.
• Your message is not confidential. If the message contains anything deemed inappropriate, your e-mail will be deleted.
• If the patient has been discharged, your e-mail will not be delivered.
