Ostomy and Wound Care
Services
Mercy Iowa City provides wound and ostomy care, support and education to patients in need of such services. A certified Wound/Ostomy Nurse is available for consultation and trained nurses assist clients in prescribed treatment and education. This service is extended to inpatients, outpatients, and to clients at home served by Mercy Home Health under the order of a physician.
