MERCY OFFERS HOLISTIC STRESS MANAGEMENT
February 4, 2008/Iowa City, IA: Mercy Iowa City will offer a Holistic Stress Management Class beginning Monday, February 25, from 7 to 9 p.m., first floor conference room, Mercy Hospital, 500 East Market Street, Iowa City.
Sessions will be presented on five consecutive Mondays (February 25, March 3, 10, 24, and 31) and participants may attend as many sessions as they wish. Session topics include taking care of yourself, creative problem solving, relaxation methods, stress and spirituality, and goal setting.
Instructor Shari Hebl, RN, has more than 25 years of teaching experience and is certified in Holistic Stress Management. The fee for the five-week series is $70 or $20 per individual session.
