MERCY IOWA CITY OFFERS FREE CLASS TO HELP COUPLES PREPARE FOR PREGNANCY
February 22, 2008 /Iowa City, IA: If you and your partner are thinking about starting a family in the near future, you may be interested in a free upcoming program offered by Mercy Iowa City. It is entitled “Preparing for Pregnancy” and will be offered on Wednesday, April 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., in the first floor conference room, Mercy Hospital, 500 East Market Street, Iowa City.
This free two-hour class will address pregnancy-planning topics such as medical history and general health habits, diet, medications, lifestyle factors, and financial considerations. The program is designed for prospective parents to help prepare for a healthy pregnancy and baby.
