MERCY HONORS
TWO EMPLOYEES WITH DOVE AWARDS

City, IA: Two Mercy employees recently received a DOVE Award: Dianne
Zaruba is a registered nurse and has worked at Mercy since 2004;
and Colleen Nix, a speech therapist, started working with Progressive
Rehab Associates in 2008.
Mercy's DOVE Award (Doing Our Values Everyday) was created by the
Spirit of Mercy committee in 1993 and has been awarded quarterly
since then. Any employee may nominate another employee, with the
nominations reviewed and awards made by Spirit of Mercy committee
members. Employees who are nominated and selected are those who
reflect Mercy's values of respect, excellence, compassion, stewardship,
and collaboration through their everyday work.
